Getmore247 not cancelling debit

I sent in a cancellation notice in November 2021 and end Jan 2022 they are still debiting my account (added to my CellC account).

I phoned in and they told me it will be sorted out and NOTHING!

Absolutely pathetic company. Wish there was a way to shut them down, ****** *******.
