Getmore24/7 ?

Worst experience ever, I joined them in 2019 at first I thought this was great and the services they promised to offer sounded great until I was at the movies and needed discount for the tickets coz I apparently had them... Iyoh I called in the lady who was helping was saying a lot of things that didn't make sense, then last year October I called in to cancel mind you I've been "donating" R65 for 2 years to them. When I called I gave them my details so that they can cancel they told me by end of December it'll be canceled. Today it's the 11th of August 2021 and they still deducting. I went to the cell c store the guy who helped called them and they promised to cancel it and he told me if they didn't cancel on that day they will have to back pay me guess what this was back in January/Feb...it would've been easy to block the debit order the problem now is that it is combined with my cell c contract and not separately ?. I called them last month Again they told me the person who does cancelations will call me... I'm still waiting for the call still today...
