Getmore247, 30 day cancellation

I have been subscribed to this service for 3 years now and have never made use of it. I requested a cancellation as I have other financial needs to attend to and need to cut costs on services that are not a necessity. I was told that a 30 day cancellation period would apply by Gavin on the chat app. I am not asking for my money back, I am asking politely to cancel it immediately and I believe my reasons for this request is fair. I am not bound to any specific contract and still they have not responded to my request. Can somebody please assist?
