GET MORE247

I am extremely irate about this subscription as i once wrote an email to cancel my subscription last month on the 07/02/2020 then i received a reply on the same day saying that ''Your request has been logged please note its a 30 day notice period" and they included a reference number then on the 9/03/2020 i received my statement from cell c and there was no change. so please i wont pay for something im not using this GET MORE thing is not working for me and if it happens that month end i must pay my bill including this get more247 service im definitely going to reverse this
