Emails ignored

You've got to love Cell C. The Getmore 247 call centre advises that you use their email option because of "high call volumes", Covid 19, etc. etc. I emailed on 22 October. No reply. Ten days later on 31 October I forwarded my email again. Still no reply - now nearly a month later!
