DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM GETMORE
Absolutely disappointed, to say the least. Cancelled my membership in November 2023, numerous reference numbers, and yet the membership has not been cancelled as requested. I have been told so many times, a customer service agent will be in contact with me...surprise, surprise...no calls either...
They are quick enough to get you signed up, but try and cancel....all the best with that. Do not fall for it people!
