I wanted to book 2 ticket with getmore for the price of R382 was informed i must pay R500 and something and as per getmore i know when you buy a ticket that costs less than R400other ticket was discounted at same amount now they say I MUST PAY R200 AS PER THEIR NEW TERMS AND CONDITIONS which they did not communicate with me as a customer that things have cahnged instaed given the consultants says was i not advised last time and i was not whos fault is that? he was not helpfull instead he told me i was suppose to go read the update terms and conditions on their site..was i told about the new price increase no no communication.i am tired of getmore and their unprofessional behaviour i need tickets to be bought at the price i know off as i was not informed of price change
