Cell C Getmore- Horrible Service

<p>In February this year, I decided to deactivate the Cell C Getmore service as I was not using it and I did not see any use of paying for the service that I do not use at all. I called the Getmore consultants and cancelled the service. Few days later I received a call from an Agent convincing me to continue with the service and I agreed but later on I called them and told them that I do not want the service and I do not want any Agent calling me and manupilating into continuing with the service that I do not really need and they agreed to cancel it for me. To my surprise, they continued to debit the money from my account till to-date . I called them again and demanded that they refund all the money debited after I cancelled the service as I did not permit them to do that but the lady that I spoke with told me with bad atittude that I will not get a refund that I ended up insulting her. So this means that if they want to take my money they can do that and there is nothing I can do about it.. I mean this is ****. No matter how little the money is, I want it back. It is my money and I work hard for it and I canselled this service so why still taking my money without my concern.</p>
