Cancellation of membership

I have such a terrible experience with Cell C get in terms of cancellation. I tried to cancel the membership at the beginning of the year. It was such a mission and after numerous follow ups I was told it was cancelled. About 4 months later they called and apparently it was not cancelled. They convinced me to stay on but I now I have been making phone calls to cancel this membership.

It is such a nightmare they can not do a simple cancellation and they keep on telling me the consultant will call. I am super annoyed and regret taking this membership.
