Cancellation

i have sent emails for the past 4 months to cancel the Getmore subscription as i do not use it , the reference number given was *** and i have been calling , every time i'm promised that someone will call me back within 24hr but no has ever called , when i called on the 09/10/2019 was told someone has been trying to get hold of me which has never happen , its only Cell C calling for upgrade but not Getmore cancellation .

this is the worst service ever and i want out of it cause i am paying for something that i do not even use.
