Cancel Netstar Go subscription!!!

I have been trying to cancel this service that I actually dont need and use for more than 4 months now. Not only is so difficult to reach the si called cancellation department, but I finally managed to reach them, they promised the cancellation request has been registered and will get a confirmation mail which I never got. I was surprised that 2 months after I was still being deducted. I called again and was told it can cancellation can onky be accepted when I call on the first day of the month( what kind of nonsense is that????) Why can't the request be recorded to take place even the month after, why do I have to call for 4 months and every time I am transferred to the cancellation department it rings for ever??? I want this to be cancelled now as I feel you are *****ing money from me, I DON'T WANT UR SERVIVES PLEASE CANCEL IT PLEASE!!!!!! CALL ME ON ***
