Cancel my membership

I'm not happy with this product cause no discount they negotiate for me. All they did was giving me normal price in the store. So they are just taking my money for nothing. In January 24 I've given them a call to ask for cancelation policy they promised that I'll get a call I should give them a month notice which I did not receive a call from them. Ref no. *** when I follow up with them now they no longer answer my calls but they keep debiting my account. I want netstar go to refund my money for this month and cancel my contract with them I requested. I don't understand why it's so difficult for them to cancel my membership. I'd appreciate if I could get feedback from them thank you.
