Bad service

So here I was driving from the food court around 8pm then I noticed there is a car following me I kept driving around my neighborhood but the car was still behind I pressed my panic button netstar sent a text asking if I needed help and I said yes no one called me I drove around until luckily I saw a police station netstar is the most useless tracking company I have ever seen their units are faulty I want this useless tracking device removed from my car and the contract cancelled
