<p>I paid for an order of a queen size bed, double bunk and 2 sides tables on February 7th. My estimated date of completion was March 20th. I said I only needed it for June 5th as I was moving then. I was told they would hold it for me until I needed it. Last week of May I asked if my order was on schedule and I could collect June 5th. It took 3 days to get a reply which was yes it's on track. I asked June 5th if I could come collect, I was told it would be ready by Thursday. Friday my husband drove to the warehouse and their were no beds. They owner Luanne Huysamen then told me her husband would personally make my order, she is very sorry for the delay, she will deliver it to me at her own expense on Thursday June 29th or she will give me an immediate full refund if it's not ready. I tried contacting her from Wednesday, she replies to no messages, her phone goes straight to voicemail. </p> <p> </p> <p>Im am now down R14700!!! Yet they continue to advertise their furniture on their Facebook page. They continue taking money from people. They delete any negative comments that people post. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please don't place an order with these people.</p>
