Disappointing service

<p>Alte Mooi treated me as an annoyance and don't even try to communicate, once you decide to buy something you get a document informing you they won't be communicating until completion and that you should not even try to contact them until the product is ready, they also demand full payment and not just a deposit for this service. In our case, the scheduled date for completion came and went after which I contacted them to get an update on the date, I had to try more than once before I got a reply which only said that my product would be manufactured soon (so after the promised date had passed they had not even started making my product) and was only completed another month later. I eventually did get the product (and credit where it is due, it does look as nice as in the images) however they built a wine rack into our cabinet which does not work, the bottles just fall right through at the slightest bump, Alte Mooi went dead quiet after I informed them of this and I have not heard from them since.</p>
