10 months old Bakkie Has issues

I took ownership of an approved 2017 Ford Ranger bakkie by them in beginning of March 2021. It has not been 1 year yet and I need to replace my concentric Slave cylinder on it, I spoke to the dealer and he assured me that he will pay Labour costs and I should just pay for parts.

However now his ignoring my calls, after he made me buy the needed part.

What am I to do now please advise?
