Unfair Treatment

I took out a bridging loan one month loan with them totalling R50000 in November & December 2019. On the 5th of February 2020 I received my payout and they debited my account R74000. They then didn't care to update my profile at credit bureaus as quickly as they did when I didn't pay them. I phoned them on the 20th of of February 2020 and was rudely told by some lady that AltBridge Capital does not update bureaus but the 3rd party does that. I then requested to speak to the manager and was told he comes to work at 09h00 o'clock. When he came in he called me his name is Zaid whose is the only only who sent updates to credit bureaus. He promised to send an update. I then called again on the 04th of March 2020 and I spoke to the same Zaid who told me he will again send an update to clear my name. My problem is that I'm still listed as someone who didn't pay the one month loans whereas I did and I don't owe them a dime. I have been phoning them since on *** trying to persuade them to fix my profile at relevant bureaus. Please help
