I took out a bridging loan last year 2020 end of January from Alt Bridge Capital. My pension payout came through 10 days later and as per the agreement, they took the money that I had borrowed. Since then, I have noticed that my credit profile was not updated and today, more than a year later, it is still not updated. I called their office in Cape Town and spoke to a lady by the name Yvonne, who asked me to email the details which I did and she promised to call me back, this was on the 15th of March and today is the 12th of April and I still haven't received any correspondence from her. All I want is for Alt Bridge Capital to update my profile on my credit report as this has a negative effect on my record.

This is unacceptable and I would like to discourage people from doing business with them, very unprofessional, especially this Yvonne lady who has since decided not to take any of my calls despite numerous attempts.
