Altbridge Capital to close account by Credit bureaus

I paid up the bridging loan on the second week of January 2020 and since then I'm struggling to get Altbridge Capital to close the account or update the information by credit bureaus as paid . I have sent several emails, phone calls to Patricia and nothing has been done. This has impact to my credit score and they have to action soonest otherwise I will escalate to the ombudsman.
