Bad Customer Service

On Tuesday the 26th I went to Alrode SACCO offices in Alberton where I went to request for withdrawal of my on my savings and all the neccessaries were done and Mark the consultant promised to call me the following day. I waited for his call yesterday and he did no then today still nothing, then I decided to call early today morning and he promised to call after 12;00 pm I waited but still did not and I then called him again wanting to know how far is the process of the withdrawal. He was talking to me with the nasty tone, when telling him that I am still waitint for his call as per promised he responded in a rude manner which made me feel less important and unvalued customer to their company.
