Unprofessional

Totally unfriendly and unhelpful. Venessa, I am sure the business is not yours and if the owner knows you are turning away hundreds of thousands of Rands by your ****py attitude, I am sure they will let you go, unless they just don't care about their brand. I was there before closing time but they were all outside already. She (Venessa) then goes back in for another customer (pensioner age) and I thus assumed they are still trading but got told we closed. I asked what time closing is and was informed 3pm. I then pointed out that it is NOT 3pm yet and was asked in the must abrupt manner "then what time is it then?" I said certainly not 3pm yet, to which she shows me the screen of the POS machine and I laughed because even that still showed it wasn't 3pm yet. Apparently the owner is overseas and I suppose this is why Venessa just don't give a ****. Well you just lost a sale of 46 windows in a few short minutes. I would rather pay more and get great service
