Alpine properties charging a non tenant

Went to view a place, Melany was very helpful. Signed the contract a week later agreeing on me paying the deposit off, considering finances, the Friday she contacts me at 17:10 to let me know the owner does not agree on the amount, Supposed to move in the Sunday. Businesses closed and no way to find another place in one day, never the less Monday I contact her to let her know that I could not come up with her requested amount and she agrees that I cannot have the place at all. Today I receive a message from tpn that my rent was not paid for June but I never moved in in the first place. I contacted her and guess what... The message says I am responsible as I have signed the lease and therefor have to pay. How do you pay rent in a place u are not occupying, being held responsible as they have agreed the rental is canceled. Alpine properties is now causing my tpn record to update incorrectly. I found another place through Marcia at realty and received amazing service. Some of them are helpful to understand a person's situation and some of them are loaded with so much money that they don't care to assist the less fortunate. They manage properties such as Savuti building in Alberton. Alpine remove my details and clear my name I will also be disputing with TPN. It was God's will me not getting the place.
