Audi Umhlanga-The dealership of LIES and DECEIT

I've dealt with 6 Audi branches in the last two weeks, and Audi Umhlanga is the WORST. I dealt with Jason (salesman) and Ravi (manager), who are both blatant *****. I'm in the market to purchase an Audi S3, and after numerous communication with Jason, Ravi called me regarding an S3 that was advertised on Cars.co.za. Upon asking what price the deal could be done at, after being offered the same car at R960000 from Audi Pinetown, Ravi confirmed that the car could be done at R980 000, and that was the lowest he could go. We talked about margins at all dealerships. I would not dream of the price of R980 000, after being offered R960 000. Later on the afternoon of Monday (27th Feb 2023), Jason called me to find out if I found a car. I then told him that I am seriously considering the deal that Ravi offered, but to my surprise, Jason said that Ravi did not offer me such deal, and they cannot go lower than the advertised price of R***. I cannot imagine how z dealership cannot keep up to their word. After speaking to Jayson and seeing him to get Ravi to call me, that never happened. I called and left a message for the top guy Cuan to give me a call back, and whilst I understand that everyone gets busy, and called him. That turned out to be of no value as well, because I was not offered the car at the price that Ravi offered it to me by Cuan. The caliber of people that work in an organization, actually make up the integrity of the organization. I now believe that Audi Umhlanga is a cut throat dealership, that has no morals and values. On top of that, they are *****, including Cuan. I have not received a call from him either, after I made a call to him, and he confirmed, that he would get back to me after finding out what transpired with Ravi and Jason.This should actually be a no star review.
