AC compressor failed 7 times, Alpine Motors VW says it's not their problem!!!!

Own An Amarok. AC failed in 2014 and replaced. AC failed again in March 2016 replaced again, failed in October 2016 repaired, failed again November 2017 then failed again in February 2018 repaired then failed again in October 2018 repaired then failed in July 2019. VW refuse to repair on their account stating they have already repaired on warranty. Compressor has failed 7 times and Alpine motors VW state they are not obliged to fix issue. No air conditioning for 3 months.
