Bought a lounge suite in Dec 2017, had issues with the leather and the electric switches. Get no assistance even if you phone Head Office, no response. Hope Mr Gray knows what his staff is doing to his company. What I believed was the best quality for the last 15 yrs ( only been buying Alpine) became the worst experience!
