Leather Couch Peeling, supplier refused to replace

I purchased a lounge suite for R32000 from Furniture city 01/07/2014. Within 2 months the leather started peeling. Due to Furniture City closing down,nobody was able to assist me timeously. I was then told that Alpine Lounge is the supplier and they are legally obliged to assist me with any complaints. I took my couches for repairs in January, but there was too much damage they were supposed to replace them. But this didn't happen. I collected the couches at the beginning of April. I was not happy at all with what they had done.they just covered the damaged material with some sort of layer which started peeling off within a day of collection. Now I've lodged a complaint with them they said I must take it up with insurance. I called the insurance provider and they say they can't help me with anything as they only deal with loss through theft or accidental damage. So now I don't know what to do. But if anyone wants to purchase a lounge suite do not buy anything that has something to do with ALPINE LOUNGE! !!!
