Bad Product

I bought a lounge suite through Rochester, just to find 3 years down the line that the material of the couches are slivering off, and that is without anyone sitting on it ever. I went to Rochester, whom advised me to call Alpine direct, and they are not interested in helping me at all. I will not recommend your product to anyone. And as a result of the poor quality, you have lost a R85000.00 sale to someone else.
