Alpine Lounge suite broken mechanism spring

I bought a Madison full leather recliner lounge suite quite a few years ago.

The mechanism became faulty in my most used 2 seater recliner.

It was within the guarantee period.

They could only replace one side with the original and the other siode was replaced with another brand mechanism.

They dont work the same.

I was unhappy.

But as it took weeks for anything to be done about it,i accepted it.

Mistake.

I was told thats all they could do.

Now a spring has broken on the non original side mechanism.

I have been waiting for weeks for a solution to replace the spring or mechanism.

I know it is out of warranty, but I am appaled how Alpine Lounge are dealing with my issue.

I phoned the head office and the person that could help me was conveniently still out to lunch at 2pm

I left my number and still waiting for someone to call me back.

In the meantime,I am stuck with a recliner that doent close in a small flat with limited space.

Shame on you Alpine Lounge.

I will not replace or recommend your products ever again,as you have shown me that your only mission is to sell products and not focusing on after service to your loyal customers.
