Disapointing weekend at Alpine Heath

My family and I booked a weekend at Alpine Heath over the womens day long weekend. It was also my mothers 50th birthday so there was more of a reason to celebrate. Unfortunately, we were met with extreme disapointment at Alpine Heath. I had booked 4 full body massages for my family, 3 weeks in advance. On the morning of my mothers birthday, we all excitedly rushed to the spa only to find that we had no appointment. The receptionist(was a middle aged white lady with short black hair) had told us that she could only fit us in 4 hours later. She was not very apologetic and I am in absolute disgust at the service of Alpine Heath. I wouldnt usually complain but I felt that a special occasion was ruined because of *********** people. I am the employee of one of the leading banks in South Africa and am also in charge of organising team building events worth hundreds of thousands and am glad to say that I will never recommend Alpine Heath.
