Christmas Ruined

We arrive at this so called amazing 4 star Resort to enter a cottage or should I say urban shack to find that the fridge doesn't work so we call reception and they replace it with one that also doesn't work so why is it self catering when we can't even store our food? By the 2nd day most of our meat and veggies went off. Further more the room bed sheets were messed with food, we had kids over and the cable of the lights were showing yes that should be a health issue but not for them that's acceptable...The chairs were broken and the fan in the main bed room. Thank you for the amazing Christmas Alphine Heath definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!! The bar service is pathetic we wait patiently as the bar lady was busy but as soon as another group of people come in the got served and once we complained we got a bit of attention from her but not enough that we had to wait for 40 min for 4 ****tails to find out that's she's busy laughing and talking to another staff member and haven't even started with our drinks. The pool facilities weren't even working. Hate this place and anyone in their right mind wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole. Have images of everything.
