Appalling service!

<p>I recommended this establishment to my cousin but I was appalled by the service. Firstly, the cinema was not working appropriately, then the kids were not given goodie bags. We had to ask for this. The activities were not set up, like the colouring... only when we got there did they start setting up. The kids musical ***** was cancelled.... only when we enquired were we told that the guy who was in charge was sick.... surely you have a back up plan? The tractor ride was also cancelled.... only after a long discussion did it then take place. This is completely unacceptable. I will never recommend your establishment again.</p>
