Amazing treatment from Management at Alpine Heath.

My family had the pleasure of staying at Alpine Heath last week. We encountered a few challenges due to a storm having taken place a day prior to our arrival. The General Manager, Gawie Nel, took the time to call at our chalet late at night and resolve all our issues with the help of two of his assistants. He was sincere, genuine and extremely helpful, wanting us to be comfortable, safe and happy. He offered us another chalet and also an extra night as well as horseriding. We were really taken aback with the great hospitality and grateful to find someone who take clients seriously. There was not even an hint of annoyance of otherwise. Gawie was truly extraaordinarily genuine and it was a pleasure meeting someone like him. I want to congratulate Alpine Heath for have such an asset at their resort who speaks volumes for the care and concern over your guests. Well done and I hope to see you guys soon again!
