Alpine heath resort experience

What a beautiful place with so many problems, the staff is rude from reception to the kitchen. I was there for training and I wouldn't even book for leisure even if I had a gun to my head. The kitchen staff doesn't even greet you upon entry and in between meals they grab away your plate without even asking if you are done eating or not but a huge applause to the chefs and especially the head chef who walks around to check if the food is fine and is willing to attend to any dissatisfaction. The cleaning staff is no better, their cleaning is so poor, if you mistakenly left a sweet wrapping on the floor you will clean it up yourself when you get back. A shuttle service would be beneficial to the place in the case of elderly people and moms who wish to visit the place with their kids. Something has to be done about the heat, some air cons would do wonders because the heat in those rooms is unbearable and with the electricity going on and off the ceiling fans do no justice at all as they are noisy as well. The resort is beautiful but so many improvements can be made.
