Alpine Heath customer service is pathetic

My family and I were planning a holiday to Drakensberg and as my Aunt and uncle have just stayed at Alpine Heath a week ago they suggested we go as a group to the same resort. We had called them yesterday and asked them to reserve the last 5 chalets for us. We were told that they would hold them until 10am the next morning however, when we contacted them they told us that they had already sold them. The manager was full of nothing but excuses and attitude and as such pathetic service is given to repeat guests, I wonder what kind of service new visitors can expect.
