Pathetic and useless

<p>I bought a new car and my old car was financed through alphera. We settled the amount and I have followed up with them numerous times as to when I will get my refund back seeing that my installment went off and thats the money I should get back. They assured me that I will get my refund and I am still waiting. This is pathetic and unacceptable</p>
