Horrible service.

I app**** for refinancing for my balloon with BMW Finance on the 29 December 2023. To date 05 January no response at all. The company is blatantly *********** and lacks any sense of business acumen. They do not respond to emails. They do not answer calls. I really regret having to deal with such an *********** company. My previous finance with MFC and Imas was perfect. In essence, I will be reporting this matter soonest with the Ombudsman for the Financial Sector and the NCR should they dare to list me. Please stay away from these hooligans.
