Disgrace

<p>For many years we have used Alphera/BMW finance for our business and been very happy, however since Henry Moray left things have gone downhill, culminating in 2 x 30 minutes calls put on hold just to try and find out who the manager is. Our account was suspended due to no financials being submitted, which actually were.</p> <p>Its an absolute joke and the service is a disgrace to long time customers.</p>
