bad service

Hi i just had a bad interaction with Alphera financial services chat line . so useless and definitely not helpful . Feels like i wasted my precious time , data and energy .

my interest rate has gone up without the institute making any contact or sending an sms or email to advise me of such , i just see change in debit order payments
