Alphaglass (Pty) Ltd - A nightmare of a company. Non Delivery of a service

Alphaglass (Pty) Ltd A dream turned nightmare. It started when I wanted to close my patio with frameless glass folding doors. I contact Charles from the website contacts. Charles seems keen to do the work, came to my house to do the measurements, and provided the quotation. Thereafter, he requested a 60% deposit which amounted to R55 000.00

I duly paid the deposit with a promised lead time of 4 to 6 weeks, with the 6th week the last week of February. Ever since I paid deposit, Charles have been evading me, even my attempt to get my lawyers involved seem to be ignored. Charles did not do the work as promised, due date of last week of February came and pass, he doesn't answer my calls (would respond to a WhatsApp after 20 attempts, and says I will call you back) and he never does. I am utterly gutted by this company behaviour, they were quick to ask for a deposit and now they ignore me.

I have started legal proceedings, with likelihood to request a refund if work not done of the this month, which will be a month behind. Highly unlikely looking at the behaviour of Charles that even before writing this review, he ignored 5 of my calls today. I will never do business with them, nor recommend anyone. It will be like sending you to a ****mer.
