Alpha Glass (Pty Ltd) de*****ing deposits

Came in with low quote and required 60% deposit (after soliciting deposits since 2023 without delivering the product) which implies that the intentions were *****ulent. Engaged with Charles for a couple of months to give him a way out, but ultimately it appears that he was playing for time (to remain director to further de***** people's deposits?) as only excuses were continually furnished without any attempt to return the deposit or deliver the product. I will be teaming up with others to open a (mass) ***** case to ensure that it is clear what his intentions were and to ensure he will not be able to be a director of a company that can be used for such a **** in future.
