Alphagens Generators and Solar

Alphagens didn't deliver my product that was paid 19 December 2022 and now all our calls and emails are being ignored. I am starting to think this company is a ****, the bank couldn't reverse the payment either. They have, what seems to be, a legit website and Whatsapp business account, but we don't receive any communication from them.
