Very Bad Service from Alpha Rental in East London

I have an agent, Larnel Rushmere, from Alpha Rentals in East London who is renting out my property. She takes a commission from the rental amount but every month, without fail, I have to chase her for my rental. She often has stories why the money is not in my account and sometimes lies and say the money has been deposited in my account knowing fully well that she has not done so.<br> <br> The service I have received from this company, especially from Larnel, is very bad.
