Disgusted

I cannot describe my disgust after dealing with the owner of this branch. I place an order for urgent medication only to be told two weeks later they cant get it! But during this time I kept getting told it's on it's way! I was furious and expressed my views only to be told my rudeness wont be tolerated, but in the same breath get told I should not have drank my last pill if I knew I needed more!!! This was not the case, I had asked 3 months prior to ensure the product is in stock. I ordered the product from the supplier which had tons in stock and was recieved very promptly. What has happened to customer service?? I had to hear a 100 different stories about 1700 different stock items and how they dont have the capacity to follow up 10 times a day. I was told that menopause is not an excuse to be rude!!! I am furious with this man, and it's the only pharmacy in the town so it means they can do what they want. Never get back to you No prices on all the stock Staff stand around on their phones instead of helping customers.
