Vryheid poor service

Vryheid Pharmacy, I got call today from the rude black lady that is working their to ask me why I am not paying funds that I was not awere I am owing them. I phone my Medical aid they did pay them. They must submit claim for what ever is outstanding. Poor service rude staff I will never ever visit that place and I won't recommended any one using his/her medical aid to receive such treatment from staff.
