Poor Service from Alpha Panelbeaters Empangeni

I hereby wish to lodge a complaint with regards to the service I'm currently recieving from Alpha Panelbeaters in Empangeni. I was involved in an accident on 09 March 2021; and my vehicle was sent to Alpha Panelbeaters in Empangeni by my Insurance. Alpha gave my insurnbce a quoatation; and it was approved. Before ordering the parts for repair; Alpha said they needed to send the vehicle to the agents (VW) for a compression test. This was around the 18th of March 2021. Since then, I have been following up with Alpha Panelbeateers on the progress; and up to today, they tell me the vehicle is still waiting at the agents for the compression tests, and the parts have not been ordered yet. This is now 1 month since the car was sent to Alpha, and it has not been touched yet; and the parts have not been ordered yet.

Everytime I phone; I get told that they will get back to me; and they never phone me back. The guy I have been dealing with at Alpha is a guy called Jeff; and a lady called Thando. I am reall angry at the fact Im paying fro my car; but it is sitting with Alpha Panelbeaters and they are not doing anything with the car. They have not even ordered the spares; 1 month after the car was sent to them.
