Car repairs not done in 12 months

My car got burnt last year October 2019, it was towed to Alpha panel beaters in Empangeni and it has been sitting there ever since. It's 12 months now and the car is still not ready. I work very far from home which is Empangeni I work in the rurals and I would send my family to check on the progress and everytime they'll be told the car is at Botsch for wiring every week it will be that story.

In September I got an email that said the found the radiator not working and will not cover it it was not part of the accident. I bought the new radiaort and paid for Labour my brother took it to them.

A week later my brother went to collect the car and when he got there the guy told him the car is ready but he must put in a tyre and a battery as he put he's own battery in my car and it doesn't have a tyre as well. My brother was shocked because the car was towed home with these parts that it doesn't have now, amongst other part he noticed ****** was the VW sign in front of the car and griller, when he queried that he was sent to another alpha panel beaters across the road and they knew nothing about my car they said it never got to them, he went back to this people and they were already gone home and it was a Friday.

On Tuesday he went back and the same guy pulled him aside and said they'll replaced the tyre and put the battery he must not worry, and the guy said the car has a wiring problem they need to send it back to Botsch something doesn't turn well in front.

Question is why is the employees car parts doing in my car? It seems my car was treated with so much neglect if people need parts it's been a go to car and now they say it didn't have these parts.

I've been told every month that the car is at Botsch so now I don't know if all this time I was being **** to. I have been without a car for this whole year and I work in the rurals, getting anywhere is a huge challenge. I don't understand why this claim has been treated with so much neglect it's been 12 months now and the car is still not ready.
