BAD AFTER SERVICE

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We did 3 jobs with this company none of which was done correctly!!

We used Alpha & Omega Automations for enclosing our verandah. The process to obtain a quote started on the 1st of August 2020.

1. We accepted the quote on the 8th of August 2020 and paid a deposit on 12 Aug 2020. 2. On 11 Aug 2020 we were advised that it takes 2 - 3 days to obtain material and manufacturing takes another day. 3. 18 Aug 2020 we were advised that material was ordered however aluminium is short due to COVID-19 4. 24 Aug 2020 we were advised that "I am running a bit late. It is MOnday. My guys says there is a taxi problem..." At 8:28 and only arrived after 11am. 5. 25 Aug 2020 the owner was checking on the glass before coming to us to continue with installation. 6. 28 Aug 2929 we received "some glass" and started installing. 7. We then asked for a class hatch window to be installed as well and went ahead with payment of deposit etc. 8. We also asked him to quote on a job at our parents house. 9. 31 Aug 2020: Were informed that we await glass to be cut. Here was the first problem - TWO of the windows which was installed had cracks in them already after day 2, sealing the windows were not done properly, gaps were present (have photos to prove this), rubbers were loose and had bubbles in them. 10. 2 Sept 2020 : Sent a message to enquire as to when we will receive balance of glass - NO RESPONSE 11. 6 Sept 2020: Sent another message but only received a reply on 7 Sept 2020 to advise that they will arrive at 10 am to finish up. 12. 13 Sept 2020: Sent a message to him about not being happy with the workmanship that he has done - received no response. 13. In the meantime he had started and finished the solid window to which I had enquired from him was not sealed property - HE NEVER CAME BACK TO FIX THIS ISSUE. 14. He had also started the job at our parents place - also had various problems here... The door fell off the hinges, windows not complete! Windows were cut wrong sizes and installed incorrectly. 15. 21 Sept 2020: We had fully paid for a job not being finished - no response or efforts have been made to assist us. 16. 25, 28 Sept 2020 - Following up as to when he will finish at my parents place. 17. 29 Sept 2020 - 29 Oct 2020 : Follow up with him with regards to problems at our place only to be advised that he started another job and has not "forgotten about us". 18. 12 Dec 2020 : Advised them that other windows have cracked to which he responded that "I will come and sort out the following week". 19. 22 Dec 2020 - 07/01/2021 To which I received a response for the first time again.

We are now on the 15th of February 2021 & no effort has been made to assist us nor is he answering messages or taking our calls.
