Unprofessionalism and laziness

The service I received from them was disgusting, and unprofessional. Firstly, the company did not have any boxes for items that needed to be put in boxes. The team that were assigned to me were extremely lazy and were dragging their feet. I had to push them in loading the items, and making sure they were loaded properly. Furthermore, the manner in which my items were loaded were just thrown around which led to some of the boxes being opened on the side because of how they were thrown down when being packed. Furthermore, on arrival of where my items were being dropped off I was informed by the guys that I needed to have my own to offload my items for me. However, that was not the case. This led to the guys cracking my table coffee their boss was informed of how the guys were unprofessional, and lazy . All he said that he would talk to them. It seems like they were unprofessional and disrespectful because I am a woman.
