I booked an 8 ton truck on the advice of the company and also booked a time which i specifically wanted out off peak hour traffic. When the truck arrived late, it was a 3.5 ton truck .I called Adrian and queried this and he said we can do more than one load if required.This was despite him originally advising that we use an 8 ton truck to do one load and me paying for an 8 ton truck.As i had already planned my move, we loaded the truck,which then broke down on the corner of my street, which is a very busy intersection.Waited more than 3 hours, and when they eventually got the truck going, the move was done in peak hour traffic.<br> When they offloaded the truck, some items were damaged in the loading.I expressed my dissatisfaction to Adrian in several emails, and said that the move was a shambles,and that i used them because of their claim that they were a \professional\" moving company and ensure a hassle free move.I am still waiting for feedback from them regarding the damage to some of my stuff.I would strongly advise against using this company."
