My most terrible moving experience ever

This was my worst moving experience ever. Alpha Movers arrived late. I called their Manager, Adrian Patrick and he responded with a very bad attitude that I should have fami****ized myself with their terms and conditions which states that they could be 2-3 hours late. One of the movers had red eyes and could not even stand straight. He appeared to be intoxicated. He leaned against the walls regularly, with soiled hands, when it seemed like he was going to fall over. I asked him not to touch the walls because the walls were getting dirty. He got very aggressive and asked me if I am saying that he is dirty. I explained to him that by making the walls dirty, my landlord could use my deposit to repaint the apartment. He ignored my request and continued to touch the walls. To me, it seemed that each mover tried to do as little as possible in the hope that his colleague would do the difficult work. They came unprepared and had to borrow my tools. They were reckless with my furniture and appliances and bumped and scratched and damaged most of my furniture and appliances. It took them over 2 hours to move the few pieces of furniture that I have, from my apartment to the mini-truck. When we arrived at the destination, they refused to offload my furniture. I called their manager Adrian Patrick. After a few calls, he eventually answered. Adrian insisted that I pay the balance due before they start offloading. I then paid the balance and show the proof of payment to his workers and I sent the proof of payment to Adrian, via email, SMS, and Whatsapp. After I paid, Adrian started to avoid taking my calls and his workers still refused to start offloading my furniture. After a prolonged period of waiting, Adrian rep**** on Whatsapp, to inform me that the proof of payment did not have the date. This was obviously in an attempt to frustrate me and bully me even further because the proof of payment would have come from the bank and anybody who has ever had a banking account knows that all banks include the date that the payment was made, on the proof of payment. Out of desperation, I was about to call the Police. Luckily, it did not escalate to that because I noticed them starting to offload. Use Alpha Movers at your own risk. They traumatized my family and me, and damaged most of my appliances and furniture!
